i have always loved the camera. starting in elementary school, i would take my camera everyday and photograph my friends on the schoolyard. in college i took photography classes and majored in art. but it wasn't until i had my own children did i really start to see the subject in a different way. i love documenting life in one of the most lasting ways and i want to help others capture their own lives in a new, fresh, and artistic way.

the one day we can never repeat... our wedding day is so special in a number of ways yet it flies by in an instant leaving only flickers of light in our memories. my hope is to be able to fill in the gaps with those moments lost to stress and rush... leaving a behind more complete vision of that once in a lifetime day!

the best years of our lives...right? the fork in the road... the world at our finger tips....whether we are a high school senior or college senior, "graduating" makes us feel like we can accomplish ANYTHING!!!

i love kids! i have always imagined myself as a mother and teacher. even when i was an art major in college i still had "teacher" in the back of my mind. even though i became a teacher after having kids, photography stayed my passion. now i cherish photographing kids. there is something about chasing them for the "perfect picture" that gets my heart racing and puts a smile on my face. as all mothers know, you can't expect the kids to "pose" for the camera...the one behind the camera has to do the work. i love capturing THAT moment...the one that shows the true personality of the little heart inside the little person!
